Barry M. Portnoy
Managing Trustee
Mr. Portnoy is a founder of CWH and has served as one of our Managing Trustees since 1986. Mr. Portnoy also serves on the Boards of Hospitality Properties Trust, Senior Housing Properties Trust, Government Properties Income Trust, the RMR Funds, Five Star Quality Care, Inc. and TravelCenters of America LLC. Prior to devoting his full time to RMR and its affiliated companies in 1997, Mr. Portnoy was a Partner and served as Chairman of the law firm of Sullivan & Worcester LLP. As a lawyer and businessman, Mr. Portnoy has structured, negotiated and documented over $20 billion of real estate transactions over a 30 year period.

Adam D. Portnoy
Managing Trustee and President
Mr. Portnoy has been our President since 2011 and served as one of our Managing Trustees since 2006. Previously, Mr. Portnoy served as our Executive Vice President from 2003 to 2006. Mr. Portnoy also serves on the Boards of Hospitality Properties Trust, Senior Housing Properties Trust, Government Properties Income Trust, and the RMR Funds. Prior to 2003, Mr. Portnoy held positions as a banker and venture capitalist with the International Finance Corp., a member of the World Bank Group, ABN AMRO and Donaldson Lufkin and Jenrette.

Patrick F. Donelan
Independent Trustee
Mr. Donelan has been one of our trustees since 1998. Mr. Donelan is Chairman of the Board's Nominating and Governance Committee, as well as a member of the Board's Audit Committee. Mr. Donelan also serves on the Board of TravelCenters of America LLC. Mr. Donelan was a Managing Director of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein until 2001, and has been principally employed as a private investor since then. Mr. Donelan's prior experience includes serving as Chairman of the U.S. subsidiary of Kleinwort Benson Limited, a UK based bank.

William A. Lamkin
Independent Trustee
Mr. Lamkin has been one of our trustees since 2006. Mr. Lamkin is Chairman of the Board's Audit Committee, as well as a member of the Board's Nominating and Governance Committee. Mr. Lamkin also serves on the Board of Hospitality Properties Trust. Mr. Lamkin is currently a partner in Ackrell Capital LLC, an investment bank, and Ackrell & Company, an investment advisory firm. Mr. Lamkin has experience as a financial consultant and previously held positions as a banker with large investment banks.

Frederick N. Zeytoonjian
Independent Trustee
Mr. Zeytoonjian has served as one of our trustees since 1999. Mr. Zeytoonjian is Chairman of the Board's Compensation Committee, as well as a member of the Board's Audit Committee and Nominating and Governance Committee. Mr. Zeytoonjian also serves on the Board of Senior Housing Properties Trust. Mr. Zeytoonjian is the founder, Chairman and CEO of Turf Products Corporation, one the largest distributors of lawn care equipment in the U.S.
